While pursuing her own career goals, Rula began to realize the effect personal accountability was having on her own business. The systems and tools she used early in her career, along with her experiences, are the foundation of the program she continues to use with her clients today. 

Rula has dedicated her career to helping business people and entrepreneurs improve their productivity, profitability, and quality of life. Her coaching and training services are in high demand and she only works with clients who are truly serious about achieving all of their goals and living their dreams.

• Rula specializes in helping people develop in order to maximize their effectiveness. She is quickly able to build a rapport with her clients using her unique comunication skills and helps to successfully mentor them in achieving their goals
• Rula graduated with a First Class Joint Honours BSc degree from the University of London in Mathematics & Computer Science, and she is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
• She is a also Certified Manager (and a Certified Instructor of the Certified Manager Program ~ Madison University).
• Additionally, she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the Institute of Business Consultants (UK) and the Institite of Management Consultants (Jordan).
• Rula has received numerous awards among them London University’s Courtell-Mcdowell prize for Excellence in Operational Research and the United Nations International Enterprise Development Award (EMPRETEC) with distinction. She currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the EMPRETEC Business Association for Jordan.
• She is currently honing her skills as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and regularly introduces these techniques in her daily work to optimize communication and understanding in order to facilitate change. Rula is also a Certifed Coach from the Ney York Institute of Technology and is working towards her membership of the International Coaching Federation as an Executive, Business & Life Coach
