We are happy to communicate with you by phone, e-mail, or Skype as frequently as is necessary for the project.
We check our emails regularly & will always respond within a maximum of 12 -24 hours depending on the time difference.
We ensure at the start of your project that our proposal clearly reflects your requirements and specifies the deliverables & time-line in accordance with your needs.
(b)General Availability:
If we have accepted your project then we will completely dedicate our time to delivering it within the time-frame specified in the proposal.
During that time we are more than happy to receive and respond to your queries & feedback.
(c) Payment Method:
We prefer payments via Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer Funds upon completion of the project thus protecting your interests & ensuring complete customer satisfcation.
(d) Feedback:
